Our EOM For January
At Gold Bond, Inc. we love to make sure our co-workers get the recognition they deserve. We appreciate all the dedication one puts into their day and all the hard work. We know it's not always easy, but we wouldn't be able to make it through without our great team!
Each month, an employee is selected for our employee of the month. For January, Amanda Grider was selected. Here's what her coworkers had to say about her:
"Any time I need to escalate a problem order and I message Amanda, she has been very responsive, courteous and has resolved the matter swiftly. She always informs me that she has reviewed with her team if there was anything that could be done better next time. I had a problem order that was not being resolved in a timely manner. I messaged Amanda and she had it taken care of shortly after. I appreciate her trying to educate the CS team so that we have less bottlenecks in our department." -Zach Davis
