Our EOM For February
At Gold Bond, Inc. we love to make sure our co-workers get the recognition they deserve. We appreciate all the dedication one puts into their day and all the hard work. We know it's not always easy, but we wouldn't be able to make it through without our great team!
Each month, an employee is selected for our employee of the month. For February, Ruben Melendes was selected. Here's what his coworkers had to say about him:
"Ruben is one of the most dependable and hard working employees in the building. I can always count on Ruben no matter what the task. If he does not know how to do something, he will happily learn and make sure it is done correctly for me. He brings a positive attitude to work everyday and is willing to help anybody in this building with whatever they need. As an example, Ruben is selflessly helping unload trucks for the next couple of days. He does this because he genuinely wants to help, not because he is told to. Ruben exceeds my standards of an employee. Keep up the good work!" -Zach
